Travel arrangements are supplied through airlines, hotels, destination-management companies, attractions, insurers and other third parties. Their operating rules, cancellation conditions and availability apply to the services they provide.

Quotes and availability

All prices and availability remain subject to confirmation until the required payment is received and the relevant supplier confirms the service. Currency movements, taxes, surcharges and supplier changes can affect the final amount before confirmation.

Traveller responsibility

Travellers are responsible for ensuring passport validity, correct personal details, required visas, vaccinations where applicable, and compliance with immigration and destination rules. ZinZen may provide guidance, but final entry decisions rest with the relevant authorities.

Changes outside our control

Flight schedule changes, weather, government actions, closures, strikes and other events outside ZinZen Travels' reasonable control may require itinerary changes. We will assist with available alternatives, subject to supplier rules and additional costs where applicable.
