Booking & payment policy

Tour packages

For standard tour packages, a 20% deposit is generally required to begin confirming the booking. The remaining balance is normally due 14 days before departure. Supplier rules, peak-season travel, special promotions or non-refundable arrangements can require a different deposit or earlier full payment; the quotation provided to you takes priority.

Air tickets

Air tickets require full payment before ticketing. Airline fares and seat availability can change at any time and are not guaranteed until the ticket is successfully issued. A quoted airfare may be valid only on the day of quotation or for the supplier's stated time limit.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation and amendment charges depend on the airline, hotel, DMC, attraction and other suppliers used for your booking. Non-refundable components may become fully chargeable after confirmation. Applicable conditions are communicated with the quotation or confirmation where available.
